By placing an order through this Website (https://accessoryz.com), you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Stock Availability: Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to ask whether you'd prefer to await restocking or have a refund for the backordered item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Eligibility: We happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and the customer must arrange their own shipping.

Refund Process: Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. We will notify you once this is completed via email.

Shipping Refund: Accessoryz.com will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the items.

Return Shipping: Customers must pre-pay return shipping, but we will reimburse the shipping cost upon a successful warranty claim.

Warranty Processing: Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you can choose from:

  • A refund to your payment method.
  • A refund in store credit.
  • A replacement item (if stock is available).

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 - 7 days.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

International shipments typically take 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier. We provide a more specific estimate during the checkout process.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We strive to minimize shipment delays during holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but we cannot offer this service through courier services.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us, and we will investigate.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment, based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier (if possible) and contact our customer service. If the parcel has already been delivered, contact customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already applied to the price of goods displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be pre-paid, with no additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement after the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
