We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@accessoryz.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take the necessary action to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure about whether an item is eligible for return, please reach out to us.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend you:

  • Return the item you have, following the return process.
  • Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you wish to exchange for.

This ensures that you get the new item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
