Information about Accessoryz

Accessoryz acts as a third-party advertising and transactional platform. Hundreds of independent companies utilise our service to advertise their products, and these companies are solely responsible for the product information and images uploaded. Accessoryz exercises no editorial control, selection, or modification over this content. While we may facilitate the final purchase by processing payment and coordinating delivery for our customers, we do not stock, warehouse, or handle the products ourselves, and our involvement is limited to transactional fulfillment.

Notice and Takedown

To formally commence a Notice and Takedown procedure regarding alleged infringement of your intellectual property rights by an advertiser's content, you must follow the precise steps outlined below.

1. Mandatory Pre-Filing Requirement: Resolve with the Advertiser First

Before submitting a formal request to Accessoryz, you must first attempt to resolve the alleged infringement directly with the responsible company or companies that are listed as the seller of the merchandise.

Action: You are required to directly contact the advertiser(s) posting the content to seek immediate and voluntary removal.

Purpose: This step is mandatory to minimize litigation risk and efficiently address disputes at their source.

Only if you have made a good faith effort and are unable to resolve the matter directly with the advertiser(s) should you proceed to submit a formal Notice and Takedown Request to Accessoryz.
